Ramsay Diagnostics chooses a second mobile CT unit

Ramsay Diagnostics, part of Ramsay Health Care, has taken delivery of a second Toshiba Aquilion Prime 160-slice cardiac CT system in a purpose-built Lamboo trailer. As with the first Toshiba mobile it will be used to deliver quality rapid imaging services across the whole of the UK.
“Our original purchase of an Aquilion Prime earlier in the year has exceeded the expectations of Ramsay Diagnostics in terms of the quality of images produced, the speed of examination and comfort of the patient,” said Ramsay Health Care UK head of diagnostic services Amanda Blake. “It was an easy decision to broaden access to this high quality imaging service by purchasing another Toshiba CT scanner.”
