Resus-equipped CT room speeds diagnosis

King’s College Hospital staff and members of the hospital’s charity came together in October to formally open the Golden Jubilee CT scanner, located next to the emergency department. The scanner is a GE Healthcare Discovery CT750 HD.

Director of trauma Mr Rob Bentley talked to invited guests about the management of trauma and stroke at the hospital and the importance of having the best scanner facilities close to A&E.
