RIS is at the heart of Cheshire and Merseyside’s radiology system

Cheshire and Merseyside consortium has completed the implementation of Healthcare Software Systems’ (HSS) radiology system CRIS across its 11 participating trusts.

RIS and PACS manager at St Helens and Knowsley Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust Lynn Anslow said: “We work in a community where a lot of patients cross between trusts, which led us to establish the consortium.  We are really pleased with the implementation of CRIS across our trusts.  HSS worked really hard to ensure that everything was ready for the go-lives and we look forward to working with it in the future.”
