Rotherham Hospital NHS Foundation Trust has purchased seven Toshiba Aplio 500 ultrasound systems to assist the implantation of a comprehensive obstetric reporting system.  They will be used in different departments for different specialties.  All the systems have been configured in the same way so that staff will be able to swap between machines and departments.

Superintendent sonographer Philippa Coffey said: “We are really pleased with our new ultrasound systems, not only because of the fantastic image quality and ease of use, but also because of the excellent clinical support we receive from Toshiba.”
