Royal Bournemouth chooses flexible DR for A&E

X-ray clinical lead Paul List, lead ED radiographer manager Tom Beaumont, advanced practitioner Chris Legge, senior radiographer Natalie Dolan and MIS healthcare account manager Bryan Fernandez.

The radiology department at The Royal Bournemouth Hospital, managed by James Knowles, has installed a Samsung GC85 digital general x-ray system in the busy A&E section.

Room six presented a challenge in that it is smaller than most conventional rooms.  However, the flexibility of the GC85 allowed for the installation of a fully operational system without compromise to automation while providing improved productivity and diagnostic confidence.
