ScanXR offers integrated AI at the point of care
ScanXR from Agfa is designed to meet the growing demands of the healthcare environment. It provides point-of-care support to radiographers, enhancing the workflow following image acquisition, with the aim of providing timely and safe care to patients.
With integration into the intuitive Musica Acquisition Workstation, Agfa says the portfolio of AI is enhanced, running in the background and not hindering the workflow or the radiographer. ScanXR offers modules to support the user, both in mobile x-ray units and room environments.
Within ScanXR, CriticalScan is Agfa’s integration of Lunit Insight CXR into the Musica Acquisition Workstation. This software tool, which is active in the background, detects up to 10 predefined pathologies for thoracic studies.
“By implementing CriticalScan, radiographers are supported by patho-logy detection at the point of care, improving outcomes and care for the patient,” states Agfa.
