Second healthcare forum to focus on shaping the 10-Year Health Plan and navigating an evolving landscape

The Fujifilm Healthcare Forum was launched last year at The Brewery in London. Designed to unite professionals from across the healthcare sector, the forum provided a platform for thought-provoking discussions, insightful debates and networking opportunities. The idea stemmed from a conversation with one of Fujifilm’s key partners, who highlighted the importance of seeking input from healthcare professionals on the fundamental industry challenges they face.
Healthcare experts led a broad series of panel discussions on key industry topics affecting healthcare in the UK, including discussions around innovation and technology and whether industries should lead or follow, the cost of environmental and sustainability implementations, achieving patient equity through accessible healthcare and workforce and staffing and the impact this has on patient care.

The second Fujifilm Healthcare Forum will take place at The Brewery on May 6, focusing on the key issues and themes facing healthcare in the UK.
Discussions will focus on Lord Darzi’s most recent report, Independent Investigation of the NHS in England, and how the UK can shape and realise the 10-Year Health Plan. These reports share the critical need for systemic transformation, integration and sustainability within healthcare delivery.
Clinical lead Dr Ram Senasi said: “As chair of the Fujifilm Healthcare Forum 2025, I am looking forward to thought-provoking discussions on how we can navigate the evolving landscape of healthcare in the UK. This year’s agenda, with its focus on community-based care, digital transformation and sustainable healthcare funding, presents an opportunity to drive meaningful change. Our collective insights will help shape a more resilient and innovative healthcare system, ensuring that patients remain at the heart of every decision.”
Looking back at last year’s event, Fujifilm Healthcare UK MD Allan Elborn said: “The event not only facilitated honest and solution-driven conversations but also reinforced our responsibility as a supplier in the industry. We recognise the importance of creating ongoing opportunities for honest conversations and collaboration. As a result, we have made a conscious effort to host workshops, user groups and study days, allowing deeper exploration of industry topics to unfold.”
