Shielding company marks 20 years
Envirotect is celebrating 20 years in business, since its launch in 2000 by managing director Niven Smith.
The company has grown to become an established provider of structural radiation shielding to the medical, construction and engineering sectors throughout the UK and internationally.
Introducing RF cages with associated products including magnetic steel shielding, RF tests, door maintenance, filters and wave guides to the product range has led to a substantial increase in business; having begun with two members of staff, Envirotect now employs 15.
“I feel so privileged to have been able to work with such an enthusiastic and hardworking team,” said Smith. “Staff turnover is very low and the work ethic extremely high. This has helped to provide the best service to our customers and built lasting relationships. I would like to extend a huge thank you to our customers, suppliers and employees.
