South Tyneside radiographers take on the Great North Run

In September six members of the imaging department at South Tyneside NHS Foundation Trust took part in the Great North Run challenge. The annual half marathon takes place in the trust’s own backyard. Several charities were supported including Marie Curie, Bloodwise, Alzheimer’s Society, St Clare’s Hospice in Jarrow and The Butterwick Hospice in Stockton-on-Tees, with almost £1,770 raised on their behalf.
