One of the largest veterinary referral hospitals in Europe has ordered two FDR Retrofit room upgrades from Fujifilm.

Davies Veterinary Specialists had been using Fujifilm’s first-generation tethered D-Evo detectors on a five-year managed service contract.  “We have been very happy with Fujifilm so when our managed service contract ended we were keen to find out what our upgrade options were,” said RVN and radiography supervisor Julie Riches-Tomei.

“Our new D-Evo II detectors have extra features that have improved our workflow, including the fact that they are wireless and very lightweight.  We have seen a significant improvement in image detail, and our radiology staff find the Console Advance software is intuitive and easy to use.  The Fujifilm applications specialist has worked very closely with us to optimise imaging for each body part and patient type.”
