WRETF social media group reaches 5,000 members
The World Radiography Educational Trust Foundation (WRETF) has reached a milestone, with 5,000 members now following its Facebook page.
To commemorate the achievement WRETF ambassador Ramona Chanderballi, based in Guyana, South America, presented Basmattie Sawh (pictured) with a special award for being the 5,000th member, at her department at Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation. “I am very happy to have been the 5,000th member to join this distinguished site that does a huge amount to enable radiographers, medical imaging technologists, like me, and those associated with radiography to exchange ideas and network. I would like to thank Ramona and the WRETF for surprising me with this framed certificate,” she said.
