Althea joins Inframedica group following acquisition
Althea UK has obtained a new backer in DWS Infrastructure, forming part of pan-European healthcare group Inframedica.

In the UK, the new DWS backed group brings together the track record of Althea UK with Medipass UK, which includes specialist capability in radiotherapy services and MES.
Future plans include close partnership work with the NHS to expand capacity in imaging, endoscopy and radiotherapy. This often combines modernisation with capacity expansion and the introduction of the latest digital and biomedical technology. Althea is also pioneering data driven analytics capable of delivering significant efficiencies across hospitals and ICS regions.
