Probo removes CT scanner at Welsh hospital

A Canon Medical Systems Aquilion CT scanner in a hospital in Wales has been deinstalled by Probo Medical. The removal of the system was led by the medical imaging company’s technical operations team, assisting the facility with an upgrade to improve patient outcomes.
Although the Canon Aquilion CT system has served the hospital well with its cardiac and neurological imaging capabilities, the transition and upgraded technology will play a key role in the facility’s commitment to giving the best quality care.
“We thank staff members on-site for their collaboration to make the project a success with minimal disruption,” Probo commented.
