Wardray rewards commitment and development with promotions

Four members of the Wardray Premise manufacturing team have been promoted to team leaders in the engineering division. They will each take on greater responsibility within the areas they now manage at the radiation shielding manufacturer.
Jake Healey, Sam Clegg, Paul Dilan Jackson and Kian Dyson are long-standing members of the team who have grown with the business. These promotions coincide with investment in new machinery, supporting the use of modern technology to streamline production and improve productivity across the engineering division.
General manager Craig Washington said: “I am delighted to announce these promotions, which reflect our continued growth and the increasing demand for skilled manufacturing. Jake, Sam, Paul and Kian have earned these roles through their commitment, ambition and ongoing development.
“My aim is to ensure they feel empowered to re-energise their specialist product areas, continually streamline processes to drive efficiencies and maintain the high quality manufacturing standards our customers in the UK and worldwide expect.
“As they embrace their new roles, I can dedicate more time to moving the business forward with our ambitious new growth plans being led by managing director Sean Spencer.”
