BCU selects portable DR for student training

Birmingham City University is one of the UK’s largest higher education institutes for health and social care. The department of radiography has an Xograph’s Healthcare BuckyStar general radiography system that has been enhanced with the addition of the latest portable digital radiography technology DRGo from Xograph.

BCU head of radiography Helen White said: “DRGo will enable students to develop confidence in adaptation of technique between CR and DR systems, complementing their clinical training by providing them with a safe, fully functioning x-ray environment that operates to clinical specification, within the university setting.”
