Job role

Your responsibilities will include:

• On-site and video conferencing customer applications training for use of Hologic bone densitometers and Insight mini C-arm systems as well as ongoing telephone and email support;
• Customer support on applications issues on both DXA scanning and use of mini C-arm. In addition, support of the interpretation of DXA scans and faults;
• Liaising with sales and service departments to ensure training is carried out efficiently;
• Updating protocols for training, including up-to-date guidelines from professional bodies.

Person specification

• Home office-based with extensive travel to client sites all over the United Kingdom as necessary;
• Flexibility in hours worked;
• Full-time position, five days per week.

Skill and experience required

• Degree or equivalent;
• Four to five years’ experience as radiographer with relevant specialist experience in Vertec industries;
• Technical training experience;
• Qualified to industry level in order to award CPD points;
• Radiation protection knowledge;
• Strong professional presentation skills focusing on small group environments;
• UK driving licence;
• Eligible to work in the UK.
