Excerpt: In Hull and East Yorkshire, a partnership has been formed between the Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust (HUTH) and the University of Hull (UoH) to develop new facilities providing PET scanning infrastructure and facilities for the manufacture of radiopharmaceuticals on the Castle Hill Hospital site. The partnership between the two institutions aims to deliver the latest technological advances to clinical use and to drive clinical trials activity.
