Shielding company looks forward to meeting customers again at next year’s UKIO

In June Envirotect would have been exhibiting at the UKIO congress but, since the meeting is among many that has been cancelled due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the company is looking forward to exhibiting at UKIO in 2021.

The annual event provides an opportunity for the Envirotect team to engage with delegates and talk through new projects. Over the years the company says its project portfolio has increased and it was at UKIO that it launched its range of RF shielding for MRI, which complemented an already successful line of lead shielding products.

Since the launch of RF shielding, Envirotect has increased its workforce by more than 50 per cent and has extended its mezzanine floor to double production capacity due to the increased demand for copper radio frequency, enviro-Steel magnetic shielding protection and associated products for MRI systems.

Managing director Niven Smith said: “We are looking forward to exhibiting at UKIO as it is a great opportunity to meet delegates to discuss current and new projects.”
