High attenuation gastrointestinal lesions incidentally found on CTPA
While radiological investigation plays a crucial role in the diagnosis of medical and surgical pathology, clinical context is vital; it can transform the reported findings for complex imaging techniques. We describe a case where a patient narrowly avoided invasive testing simply by virtue of detailed history taking.
