This article introduces the new Clinical Imaging Board’s (CIB) document MRI Provision for Cauda Equina Syndrome. I will discuss best practice for MRI safety, imaging and reporting as well as the new National Suspected Cauda Equina Syndrome Pathway document from Getting It Right First Time (GIRFT).
