Case study: Two year’s experience using a weight-bearing MRI scanner

In March 2015 Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) installed a weight-bearing MRI scanner at Glan Clwyd Hospital. The scanner is an open system with a 0.25T field strength and the ability to undertake weight-bearing scans with the patient in an upright position.
