Sherwood Forest believes it has found right MMS partner

Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has entered into a new managed maintenance services contract with Philips Healthcare.  The MMS agreement has not only made a significant saving on the trust’s previous maintenance contract, but also opened the door to opportunities for collaboration.

Medical physics manager Richard Scott said: “There has been a definite cost saving like-for-like on what we had before, but that was not the primary reason we switched to Philips.  We were looking for innovation and real transparency.  We needed to feel confident that we were being listened to and that we had found the right partner to work with.”
